Open To All Levels

This instructor-led class focuses on specialized techniques, submissions, and escapes for students wanting to build off their foundation and expand their jiu jitsu. This class will be shown more advanced techniques that are specialized in specific concepts.

We encourage students of all levels to participate as this is an opportunity for your teammates to see your jiu jitsu progress as well as seeing it for yourself!

This is especially great for students thinking of competing or just to hone their skills.
